customer service
Jan. 8th, 2008 09:22 amТакого я еще не получал:
"We are experiencing an increase in our email volume and we appreciate your patience. If you have requested a response to your email, you
should hear from us within 1 to 2 weeks."
Why customer service in this country has come to this? Has it allways been like this or was it spoiled by computer answering systems? It is now virtually impossible to get through, no matter what big company you call. When you do get through, most of the times you get to speak with a poorly qualified clerk who cannot solve your problem. Management phone numbers are a highly guarded secret. Does this sound familiar to you? I fail to see a fundamental reason why customer service here is an instrument to keep customers away. I never experienced this in my few dealings with companies in Europe...
